独立学院化工原理中操作型问题初探

摘　　要：化工原理课程教学中,涉及到的问题主要包括操作型计算问题及设计型计算问题。针对独立学院学生学习被动、理解能力较弱的特点,采用归纳、总结的方式进行教学。本文以操作型计算为例,对管路、换热器、吸收塔以及精馏塔计算的一般方法进行汇总对比,帮助学生对化工原理中操作型问题的理解,强化学生对化工原理中操作型问题的的掌握。Problems of principles of chemical engineering mainly include two types：design problems and operation problems. In view of the characteristics of poor learning and poor comprehension of independent college students, the methods of summarization and conclusion are used for teaching. Taking the operation calculation as example, this paper summarizes the general methods of the calculation of pipeline, heat exchanger, absorption tower and rectifying tower. These methods are helpful for students in understanding and mastering the operation problems of basic principles of chemical engineering processes.
