摘　　要：新媒体时代的各种网络平台在给大学生获取海量信息带来便利的同时,也对他们的身心发展产生了双重影响,大学生的心理需求随之发生了变化。大学生心理健康课程应该与时俱进,在满足大学生心理需求的基础上进行不断的改革,以满足大学生获取信息、情感表达、获得关注和归属感的需要。The different network platform not only offers the convenience to college students, but affects their somatopsychic development so that the students5 psychological need changes with it. Therefore, the course oiMetal Health should keep up with the times and be reformed continuously so as to meet the needs of getting information, showing feelings and obtaining the attention and belongingness.
