采用双壳油船载运植物油的可行性分析

摘　　要：针对IBC规则修订后,国内原有的植物油载运船舶多数不满足IBC相关要求,植物油运力紧张的问题,分析植物油船舶载运要求,明确植物油在船舶载运过程中的主要危害性及其控制方法,将植物油载运船舶与载运货物特性相近的油船的技术要求进行对比,提出采用双壳油船载运植物油。In view of the revision of IBC rules,most of the original vegetable oil carriers in China do not meet the relevant requirements of IBC,thus leading to the domestic vegetable oil transport capacity restraints. For this reason,the shipping requirements of vegetable oil were analyzed to clarify the main harmfulness and the control method of vegetable oil in the process of ship carrying. The technical requirements of vegetable oil carrying ships and tankers carrying similar characteristics were compared and analyzed. A solution by using double hull oil carrier to load vegetable oil was put forward.
