摘 要:针对沉船打捞作业中监测终端多、打捞现场视频采集难等问题,开发沉船打捞集成监测及虚拟仿真系统,利用PLC和网络爬虫方法分别采集作业现场各种传感器数据和海洋环境预报信息,通过组态王软件将数据集成并实时上传至数据库中,在虚拟平台Virtools Dev5.0中设计打捞现场工况,依靠Virtools server整合数据库技术实时读取数据并驱动虚拟模型运动。测试表明,系统性能稳定,可在监测平台上集成各种监测数据,实时再现打捞过程,可实现全方位、多角度监测打捞过程。In order to get the data of various monitoring instruments and show salvage process timely,a set of salvage integrated monitoring and simulation system was developed. The salvage information from sensors was obtained by PLC and marine environment prediction information was captured by crawler. The data obtained from King View was uploaded to the database timely. The salvage field conditions were designed in the virtual reality software Virtools Dev5. 0. The data was read timely with the Virtools server through integrated database technology and the salvage process could be reproduced in the virtual platform. This system has stable performance,being able to integrate all kinds of salvage data on the monitoring platform. The salvage process is reproduced in real time to achieve the purpose of monitoring salvage process in all directions and angles.
