摘　　要：普通本科院校向应用型转变是国家战略部署,不仅源自产业结构转型、社会组织结构变革的外在需求,更是高等教育分类改革与新建本科院校内涵发展的源动力。应用技术大学是兼有高教与职教的特征的新型大学,建设应用技术大学是院校转型发展的方向之一。基于横向、纵向比较视角,相对普通学术型院校、高等职业技术专科院校,应用技术大学在办学思路与定位、人才培养和科学研究的价值取向、治理结构与管理体制、资源结构需求、绩效评估、发展道路等方面有着自身规定性。The transformation from normal universities to applied universities is the strategic deployment of the country, not onlyfrom the external demand of industrial structure transformation and social organization structure change, but also the driving force ofhigher education classification reform and the development of new undergraduate colleges. Applied Technology University is a new typeof university with the characteristics of higher education and vocational education, and the construction of Applied Technology University is one of the direction of the transformation and development of colleges and universities. The transverse and longitudinal comparisonbased on the perspective of relatively ordinary academic institutions and higher occupation technical college, In these respects ofthought and orientation, personnel training and scientific research value, governance structure and management system, resource structure demand, performance evaluation, development path has its own prescriptivity etc.
