摘  要:文章介绍了连续式加热炉炉膛压力控制在加热炉生产控制中的实际意义及加热炉炉膛压力的检测方法和控制方法。因为炉门经常开关,会引起炉膛压力频繁波动,而常规PID的调节方式抗干扰能力不强,在测量值经常变化的情况下易产生振荡,不能进行有效的控制。模糊控制正好有收敛速度快、超调小且抗干扰能力强的特点,最适宜用来控制炉膛压力。In the paper, it is introduced the practical significance of furnace pressure control for continuous heating fur- nace in production control of heating furnace, and the detection method and control method of furnace pressure for heating furnace. Because the furnace door often switches, it will cause frequent furnace pressure fluctuation, however, the normal PID regulating mode has weak anti -jamming capability, and it is easy to occur oscillation when the measurement value changes frequently, so it can not be effectively controlled. Fuzzy control has the characteristics of fast convergence, small overshoot and strong anti -jamming capability, and is most suitable for controlling the furnace pressure.
