摘 要:相对于被动隔振系统,主动隔振系统由于能够更为有效地控制低频振动,降低隔振频点,因而在精密仪器、舰船等地面系统及载人空间站等空间应用系统中取得了广泛的应用。本文研制了一种基于电磁悬浮激励器的主动隔振地面实验平台,其电子学与控制系统由加速度及位移信号采集系统、电磁力输出驱动系统、及系统控制器组成。在搭建硬件平台的基础上设计了控制算法及相关软件,并进行了基于加速度及位移的闭环控制实验。结果表明,该系统能够有效降低振动幅度,提高被动固有频率,实现主动隔振功能。Compare to passive vibration isolation system, active vibration isolation system can provide a vibration control especially for low frequency vibrations, and has been used in a wide range of applications including vehicles, high-precisioninstruments or space systems like manned space stations, . An active vibration isolation system based on the electromagneticactuatoris designed in this essay. The electrical control system of this platform consists of sensorsignal acquisitionsystem, electro- magnetic actuators sand system processing controller.On the controller, of thesignal processing and close- loop control algorithms and softwareare embedded to support the system. Experiment system is setup and the control tests are carried out, the experiment results shows that the performance of the control system is good and the natural frequency is reduced after vibration isolation.
