摘　　要：通过对北京地区医疗卫生机构人体研究伦理管理现状进行问卷调查,分析当前北京地区医疗卫生机构伦理管理存在的问题,提出相应的对策建议。结果表明,北京地区医疗卫生机构人体研究伦理管理现状总体较好,但不同类型医疗卫生机构伦理管理水平相差悬殊,医疗卫生机构、卫生计生行政部门和学术团队都应该做出相应贡献。Through the questionnaire survey on the current situation of human research ethical management in Beijing medical and health institutions, this paper analyzed the problems existing in ethical management of Beijing medical and health institutions and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The results showed that overall status of human research ethical management in Beijing medical and health institutions was satisfying. But the ethical management levels of different types of medical and health institutions were quite different, and medical and health institutions, health family planning administration departments and academic teams should all make corresponding contributions.
