摘 要:案例教学法是现代教育中一种重要的理论与实践相结合的互动式教学方法,是一种成熟的教学方法。全科医学是一门新的综合的医学临床学科,需要由全科医师来提供服务,目前全科医师已实施规范化培训,其中社区实践培训是重要的组成部分,需要社区带教老师和学员都予以足够的重视。在全科医师社区带教过程中,无论是全科医疗实践还是基本公共卫生服务实践,案例教学法的应用都体现了一定的优势。对案例教学法在全科医师社区带教中的应用进行初步探索,为以后的教学提供参考和借鉴。Case-based learning is an important interactive teaching method which can combine theory with practice in modern education, it is a mature teaching method. General medicine is a comprehensive new clinical discipline, it needs general practitioners to provide services, now standardized training of general practitioners has been implemented, and community teaching is an important part which needs suffcient attention of both teachers and students. In the community teaching process of general practitioners, the use of case-based learning expressed a certain advantage no matter in the practice of general medical or basic public health service. This paper is a preliminary exploration for the method of case-based earning in community teaching of general practitioners so as to provide eferences for future instruction.
