摘　　要：分析了东北高校人才发展现状与东北高校教师队伍建设面临的困境;从引进"双师型"教师队伍,平衡高层次人才分布结构,完善高层次教师管理模式及推行薪酬激励调整机制四个方面提出了解决东北高校教师发展的对策。The talent development status in universities in Northeast China and the predicament faced by teachers' team were analyzed.Some countermeasures to solve the problems of teachers' development in Northeast China were put forward from four aspects of introducing double-qualified teachers,balancing high-level talent distribution structure,perfecting high-level teacher management mode and implementing salary incentive adjustment mechanism.
