摘　　要：本文以高分子材料与工程专业为例,介绍了实践教学优化与促进学生就业相结合的探索与实践,通过对学生实践教学环节的改革与完善及专业实验多种实践教学方面的改革措施,提高学生与社会需求的契合度,提高实践教学效果,进一步促进学生的就业。The optimization of practical teaching system and promotion of employment were presented in this report by taking polymer materials and engineering major as an example. The teaching effect and the fitness of students and social demands were improved,and the employment degree of students was increased through the reform and improvement of the students’ practice teaching,professional experiments and other reform actions.
