“双一流”建设中的本科教育改革目标和方向研究

摘　　要：一流本科教育是"双一流"建设的重要内容和基础。建设一流本科教育需要对当前本科教育进行改革,明确其改革目标和改革方向至关重要。本文在分析了当前本科教育改革必要性和急迫性的基础上,结合"双一流"关于人才培养的建设任务和世界一流大学本科教育模式,认为需要贯穿"立德树人—创新能力—全面发展"的目标,从通识教育、开放教育和持续发展教育三个方面明确改革发展的方向进行本科教育改革,构建中国特色世界一流的本科教育模式和体系。The first-class undergraduate education is an important content and foundation of ＂double first class＂construction. The construction of first-class undergraduate education needs to reform the current undergraduateeducation,and clarify its reform objectives and direction of reform is crucial. Based on the analysis of the necessity andurgency of undergraduate education reform,combining with the construction task of talent training and theundergraduate education mode of the world first-class university,the paper holds that it is necessary to establish theundergraduate education mode and system with the first-class undergraduate education reform from the four aspects ofgeneral education,open education and sustainable development education with penetrating the goal of building themoral education-innovation ability-comprehensive development.
