摘  要:高职院校学生能力培养目标需以综合职业能力发展为导向。综合职业能力包括专业和通用能力。S学校社会组织管理专业课程体系设计存在重专业能力、轻通用能力的倾向。通用能力课程体系缺乏系统性,教学资源和内容未能整合,考核方式单一。以"双能力并重"为设计导向,调整课程比例,整合通用能力课程资源,丰富课程实现方法,可提升通用能力课程教学水平,实现学生"双能力"发展目标。The objectives of vocational education should be adjusted to adapt the development of comprehensive vocational ability.Comprehensive vocational ability includes professional competence and general ability. Curriculum system of social organization management in S school has a tendency of strengthening professional ability and light ening general ability. And the general ability course system is lack of systematicness, and the education resource can not integrated with the education content, the evaluation method is simple. Taking the "Dual Abilities" as the design-oriented, we adjust the course ratio, integrate the general ability course resources, to reach the teaching method, and improve the teaching quality of general ability course, and realize the development object of "Dual Abilities".
