以问题为主的教学方法在耳鼻喉科护生带教中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨和研究以问题为主的教学方法在耳鼻喉科护生带教中的应用。方法选取在我院2015年5月—2016年5月耳鼻喉科工作的92名护生,按照其自愿,将其分为观察组和对照组。对照组护生采取传统的师带徒的带教方法 ;观察组护生采取以问题为主的教学方法。对两组护生的学习效果进行评价和分析。结果对照组护生的样本理论成绩、操作考试成绩分别为(80.5±6.5)分、(81.5±3.5)分,观察组护生的样本理论成绩、操作考试成绩分别为(88.0±8.0)分、(89.5±5.5)分,观察组护生的样本理论成绩、操作考试成绩均高于对照组,两组护生的样本理论成绩、操作考试成绩之间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻喉科护生带教过程中采取以问题为主的教学方法,取得了良好的教学效果和学习效果,促使学生自主思考问题和探索问题,提高护生独立解决实际问题的能力,提高耳鼻喉科护理带教水平。Objective To explore and study the application of the teaching method based on the problem in the nursing students＇ teaching in the Department of ENT. Methods 92 nursing students from May 2015 to May 2016 in the department of ENT of our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to their voluntariness. The control group were adopted the traditional teaching methods of teachers and teachers, and the observation group were adopted the teaching method based on the problem. The learning effect of the two groups of nursing students was evaluated and analyzed. Results The theoretical and operation test scores of the control group were（80.5±6.5） and（81.5±3.5） respectively. The theoretical and operational test scores of the nursing students in the observation group were（88.0±8.0） and（89.5±5.5） respectively. The sample theory scores and operation examination scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups of nursing students＇ theoretical scores and operation examination results was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the department of ENT nursing students teaching methods to problems mainly taken in the process of achieving good teaching effect and learning, encourage students to think independently and explore problems, improve the ability to solve practical problems independently of the nursing students, improving the level of teaching in department of ENT nursing.
