摘 要:目的将手术图谱应用于手术室新护士的带教中,探讨其应用效果。方法将2015年8月—2016年8月本医院招聘的10名手术室新护士纳入参照组,采用传统带教法,将2016年9月—2017年9月本医院招聘的10名手术室新护士纳入实验组,采用手术图谱辅助带教法,关注2组手术室新护士经带教3个月的态度评分、理论评分、模仿评分、技能评分、精准作业评分、适应评分。结果实验组手术室新护士经带教3个月的态度评分、理论评分、模仿评分、技能评分、精准作业评分、适应评分与参照组手术室新护士对比,差异有统计学意义。结论在手术室新护士的带教中采取手术图谱展示良好效果。Objective To apply the surgical map to the teaching of the new nurses in the operation room, and to discuss the effect of its application. Methods From August 2015 to August 2016, 10 new operation room nurses recruited in this hospital were included in the reference group, and the traditional teaching method was adopted. From September 2016 to September 2017, 10 new operation room nurses recruited in this hospital were included in the experimental group, and the surgical atlas assisted teaching method was used. 2 groups of new nurses in the operation room were compared for 3 months' attitude score, theoretical score, imitation score, skill score, precision work score, and adaptive score. Results For new nurses in the operation room of the experimental group, 3 months' attitude rating, theoretical score, imitation score, skill score, accurate operation score and adaptive score, compared with the new nurses in the reference group, the difference was statistically signifcant. Conclusion The operation atlas in the teaching of new nurses in the operation room showed good results.
