摘 要:目的利用模块化案例教学法,对传统骨科学教学方法进行改善。方法根据骨科临床实习教学大纲要求,将2015年7月—2017年7月我院127名本科实习生为研究对象;其中64名学员作为对照组,接受传统教学法;63名学员为实验组,采用模块化案例教学法;对比两组理论和技能操作考试成绩。结果实验组学员的理论及技能操作考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在骨科临床实习带教中应用模块化案例教学法,不仅提高了临床教学质量,而且培养了学生的综合能力,提高了学生的学习兴趣。Objective To improve the traditional teaching methods of bone science by using the modular case teaching method. Methods From July 2015 to July 2017, 127 undergraduate interns in our hospital were studied according to the requirements of the clinical practice syllabus in the department of orthopedics, 64 cases were used as the control group and accepted the traditional teaching method, 63 students used the modular case teaching method as the experimental group. The two groups of theories and skills were compared to the test results. Results The performance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Application of modular case teaching method in clinical practice teaching in department of orthopedics not only improves the quality of clinical teaching, but also improves students' comprehensive ability and improves students' interest in learning.
