摘 要:教育管理现代化是社会现代化和教育现代化的应有之义,从社会现代化到教育管理现代化的提出,表现为一条演绎的逻辑线索。教育管理现代化的内涵是历史的,应该从多层面,结合社会、教育等其上位系统来理解。教育管理现代化的进程中,发生着以人为本、兼顾效率与公平、注重管理过程的价值取向转变。为了更好地实现培养现代人的教育目的,我们应该着手于教育管理现代化多种实践路径,让教育又好又快地发展,以促进教育现代化的总体进程。The modernization of education management is the essence of that of society and education itself. The evolution from the modernization of society to the emergence of the modernization of education management manifests itself as a deductive logic progress. The essence of modernization of education management is historical and should be understood in multiple levels and from its superior systems, such as society and education system. In the progress of the modernization of education management, it experienced a shift of value orientation towards people orientation, the balance of efficiency and fairness, and emphasized attention of the progress of education. For better nurturing the education of the modern generation, we need to focus on the multiple implementation method of the modernization of education management, for the fast development in decent quality and the overall progress of education management.
