摘 要:为了探究交联淀粉对模拟染料废水(碱性品红和亚甲基蓝)的吸附性能及吸附机理,以马铃薯淀粉为原料,以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NNMBA)为交联剂制备交联淀粉,研究了交联淀粉的吸水吸油性及对染料废水的吸附性。结果表明,制备的交联淀粉表面变得粗糙,有大量孔洞产生,吸附性能增加,吸水率为236%,吸油率为166.75%;在染料废水中吸附2h时达到吸附平衡;对碱性品红的吸附符合Freundlich模型,对亚甲基蓝的吸附符合单分子层吸附的Langmuir模型;Lagergren准二级动力学模型更能真实反映交联淀粉吸附染料溶液的反应机理。In order to investigate the adsorption performance and adsorption mechanism of cross-linked starch on simulated dyestuff wastewater (alkaline fuchsin and methylene blue), potato starch was used as raw material and N, N-methylene bisaerylamide (NNMBA) was used as crosslinking agent. The results showed that the surface of the prepared crosslinked starch became rough, with a large number of holes, the adsorption performance in- creased, the water absorption was 236%, the oil absorption rate was 166.75%. Adsorption equilibrium in dye wastewater for two hours. And the adsorption of methyl fuchsin was in accordance with the Freundlich model. The adsorption of methylene blue was in accordance with the Langmuir model of monomolecular adsorption. The La- grone quasi-second-order kinetic model was more realistic.
