现代学徒制下的师资队伍培养路径研究

摘　　要：现代学徒制对促进师资队伍建设、提升学生职业能力、提高学校职业教育和人才培养的水平具有重要意义。针对高职院校在推行现代学徒制中存在的问题,提出建立顺畅的校企合作机制、打造校企联合的"双导师"队伍,获得政府相关政策、法规及经费的支持等是师资队伍培养的有效路径。Modem apprenticeship is of great significance to the promotion of the construction of teachers, improving the students＇ vocational ability and improve the level of vocational education and personnel training. In terms of the problems, this paper puts forward the establishment of a smooth school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, the constmction of ＂double tutors＂ team of school-enterprise cooperation and the support of government policies, regulations and public funds. Through these methods, we can build the training mode of teachers based on the modem apprenticeship.
