校长道德领导对教师建言的影响:领导-成员交换的中介作用

摘　　要：通过对479名中小学教师的问卷调查,考察了校长与教师之间的领导-成员交换关系在校长道德领导与教师建言之间关系的中介作用。分析结果显示:校长道德领导与教师建言行为之间存在显著的正相关关系;校长道德领导对校长教师间的领导-成员交换有显著的正向影响;校长和教师之间的领导-成员交换与教师建言正向相关;校长和教师之间的领导-成员交换部分中介了校长道德领导对教师建言行为的正向关系。This research investigated the link between the teachers＇ perceptions of the principals＇ ethical leadership and their voice behavior,using data from 14 elementary and secondary schools in Beijing and Henan province. A total of 479 teachers participated in this survey. Results from regression analysis revealed that principals＇ ethical leadership had a significant positive influence on teachers＇ voice behavior and leader-member exchange. Teachers＇ perceptions of leader-member exchange partially mediated the relation between ethical leadership and teachers＇ voice behavior,controlling for some demographic variables.
