摘　　要：本文论述了北方盐场在冬季极低气温条件下制卤工艺方法,即冰下抽咸的试验理论分析,通过试验研究了解不同卤水浓度、卤水深度、温度、结冰时间以及结冰效果的相互影响关系,为冰下抽咸实践操作提供理论数据依据。The brine concentrating method in winter used by northern saltworks, eg brine concentrating by freezing, is discussed in this paper. The experiment was conducted in order to reveal the inter-connections between brine concentration, brine depth, temperature, freezing duration and freezing effect. The results will give theoretical guidance for brine concentrating by freezing practice.
