以人为本，创建适应高职学生特点的教学管理

摘　　要：为了促进高职高等教育事业的发展，本文通过分析高职学生特点，结合国家经济建设和社会发展对高等人才的要求，探索制订出“以人为本”的教学管理制度，以推进高职教育体制改革，优化高职教育结构和资源配置，提高高职教育质量。In order to promote the development of higher vocational education, this paper analyzes the characteristics of higher vocational students, combined requirements of higher personnel for the national economic construction and social development, explore and formulate ＂people-oriented＂ teaching management system to promote higher vocational education system reform, optimize the structure and resources allocation of higher vocational education, improve the quality of higher vocational education.
