摘 要:目的了解我国医学类慕课(Massive Open Online Course,MOOC)的开设现状。方法通过自制的医学MOOC课程建设状况调查表,采用目的抽样法选取我国11个MOOC平台及其所开设的374门医学类MOOC进行调查。结果我国医学类MOOC近5年发布数量快速增长,参与高校达82所,发布课程数量最多的前5名专业分别为临床医学(80门)、中医中药(69门)、护理学(61门)、基础医学(47门)、公共卫生(28门);主讲教师学历以博士为主,正高级职称教师占71.68%(248/346);但在平台互动方面,教师回复率较低,参与度相对较差。结论我国医学类MOOC数量呈快速增长趋势,参与建设的医学院校队伍不断壮大,还需进一步建立更加完善的学科体系和科学的评价机制,丰富线上与线下互动方式,通过协同创新满足不同教学需要,促进MOOC在我国医学教育中的可持续发展。Objective To survey the current situation of medical MOOC development in China. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted by using the "Observation Form for Construction of Medical MOOC". Purpose sampling method was used to choose 11 Chinese MOOC platforms and 374 medical MOOC. Results Medical MOOC in our country have grown rapidly in recent five years. 82 colleges and universities participated in the construetion of medical MOOC. The top five medical majors were clinical medicine (80),traditional Chinese medicine (69) ,nursing(61),basic medicine(47),and public health(28). Majority of the lecturers had the PhD degrees. 71.68% (248/346) of them had the tides of associate professor or above. However,these lecturers didn't reply queries or take part into online discussion actively. Conclusion More and more colleges and universities have been involved in the construction of medical MOOC in China. A more perfect discipline system and scientific evaluation should be set up for medical MOOC. Besides,the interactions styles online and offline should also be enriched. Different teaching needs can be met through collaborative innovation. By all these ways,the sustainable development of MOOC in medical education in China can be promoted to a great extent.
