摘　　要：教育类创新型人才培养是创新型人才培养的前提和基础,是创新型人才培养师资队伍的来源,是创新教育教学观念转变的起点,是创新创业教育良性循环的切入口。培养和提升教育类创新型人才的核心素养,要修订教育类创新型人才培养方案,优化教育类创新型人才课程体系,健全教育类创新型人才实践平台,营造教育类创新型人才育人环境。Cultivating educational innovative talents is the prerequisite and fundamental condition in training innovative talent, it is the resource of cultivating creative teaching staff, it is the starting point of changing educational and teaching concept into an innovative method, it is also the beginning of virtuous cycle in inaugurating entrepreneurship education. To cultivate and enhance the core literacy of innovative talents in education, we should revise the training programs, optimize the curriculum system, improve the practice platform, and create the educational environment for innovative talents in education.
