健康中国视域下论高职学校体育与职业核心能力的培养

摘　　要：职业核心能力是新时代人们就业、择业的关键能力,是高职教育和社会关注热点。本文在健康中国视域下,通过对新时期高职学校体育特征、新时代背景下职业核心能力的特性、高职学校体育与职业核心能力培养进行探讨,认为高职学校体育与职业核心能力培养的有机融合,是实现高职学校体育与职业核心能力培养的协同发展,实现人才培养更加适应社会的需求。The vocational core competences are keys to people during the process of employment and career-choice,as well as a hot topic of higher vocational education and social concern. This essay discusses the features of school sport in higher vocational colleges in the new era and new characters of the vocational core competences in the new era,as well as the relationship between the cultivation of sports and vocational core competences from the perspective of health China. It proposes that the organic integration of sports and core vocational competences cultivation is an important way to realize the coordinated development of the two,as well as cultivate more talents that meet the needs of society.
