摘  要:通过对专业瑜伽培训班的8名青年女学员进行6周的瑜伽培训(包括冥想与休息术、体式的练习、体式串联练习、柔韧的练习等部分的内容),来检验瑜伽练习对青年女性体成分、柔韧性以及静态平衡能力的影响,为今后青年女性进行瑜伽练习提供实践基础。本研究前期采用文献法资料法;中期运用实验法:在练习前后分别进行体成分、坐位体前屈、纵叉、单足闭眼时间指标的测量;后期运用数据统计法统计分析数据,得出结果。实验结果表明,6周的瑜伽练习可以有效改善体成分、改善柔韧性和提高静态平衡能力。A 6-weeks professional yoga training program of 8 young women( including meditation and rest,asana practice,style series,and flexible practice) is carried out to test the influence of yoga practice on their body composition,flexibility and static balance ability,and provide practical basis for the future of young female yoga training. This study adopts literature data method at beginning and experimental method in the middle to execute test on body composition,sit and reach,longitudinal fork,and single leg stand before and after the exercise. Data statistics method is used in the end to analyze related data and draw the conclusion. The experimental results show that the 6-week yoga can effectively improve body composition,flexibility and the static balance ability.
