摘 要:重症医学PBL具有一定的实践性,同时还具有一定的应用性,是一种临床医学学科。在重症医学PBL教学中,临床实践教学占有一定地位,同时发挥着至关重要的作用。随着经济社会的快速发展,医学人才受到了广泛的关注,同时对其培养要求较高。在一定程度上讲,传统临床教学不能满足重症医学PBL教学需求。因此,在新的形势下,应建立重症医学PBL技能培训站,还有构建良好的教学平台,进行医学模拟教学。这样才能探索出临床教学体系,才能促进重症医学PBL教学质量的提高。Medical intensive medicine PBL has a certain practical and certain application, which is a kind of clinical medicine. In the PBL teaching of severe medicine, clinical practice teaching occupies a certain position and plays a vital role. With the rapid development of the economy and society, medical talents have received extensive attention and high demand for training. To a certain extent, traditional clinical teaching can not meet the needs of PBL teaching in severe medicine. Therefore, under the new situation, it is necessary to establish PBL skills training station in critical medicine, and to build a good teaching platform for medical simulation teaching. In this way, we can explore the clinical teaching system and promote the improvement of the quality of PBL teaching in severe medicine.
