摘  要:目的评价规培背景下超声科高职高专影像专业基于情景的CBL教学法应用效果。方法选取2015年4月—2016年4月入科实习学员56名作为研究对象,2015年4月入科的32名实习学员为对照组,2016年4月入科的24名实习学员为观察组,对照组采用传统教学法进行,观察组采用传统教学法基础上,结合基于情境的CBL教学法进行,记录并分析两组学员实习教学效果。结果观察组的理论考核、上机操作考核、报告书写达标率分别为95.83%、91.67%和100.00%,对照组分别为65.63%、68.75%和65.63%,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的学习兴趣、教学气氛、授课效果、授课方法等满意度评分都高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论规培背景下情境实习教学法在超声科高职高专影像专业中应用能提高教学效果,且有利于提高实习生及带教老师满意度。Objective To evaluate the application efect of CBL teaching method based on scenariosof imaging specialty in Higher Vocational College of ultrasound department under the background of regulation culture. Methods From April 2015 to April 2016, 56 students were selected as the research objects. From April 2015, 32 internship students were treated as the control group. From April 2016, 24 internship students were treated as the control group. The control group was carried out by traditional teaching method. The observation group was based on the traditional teaching method and combined with the situation based CBL teaching method. The teaching effect of the two groups of students was recorded and analyzed. Results The rate of reaching the standard on theoretical examination, individual operation and comprehensive quality assessment in the observation group were 95.83%, 91.67% and 100.00%, respectively, while those in the control group were 65.63%, 68.75% and 65.63% respectively, the diference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). The learning interest, the teaching atmosphere, the teaching effect and the satisfaction of the teaching methods of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Situational practice teaching method of imaging specialty in Higher Vocational College of ultrasound department under the background of normalized training can improve the rate of reaching the standard. It is helpful to improve the students' satisfaction with the training.
