摘  要:阐述了医学人文素质教育在现代医学教育、医生职业道德建设及构建和谐医患关系中的重要性。分析了在现代社会大量不良思潮的消极影响下,医学人文素质教育目前存在着一些问题。提出了医学生在临床实习教学期间,应加强学生的医学人文素质教育,提高实习带教老师的人文素质修养,建立临床实习教学人文素质评估体系,营造医院良好的人文教育氛围等措施,使医学生在学习专业知识的同时,更要注重自身人文知识地积累和人文情怀地培养。Explaining the importance of medical humanities quality education in modern medical education, the construction of professional ethics of doctors and a harmonious doctor-patient relationship were carried out. We analyzed some problems of medical humanism quality education in the negative impact of unhealthy thoughts of modern society. We should strengthen the students' medical humanities quality education. Clinical teachers should improve the humanistic quality cultivation. We set up the humanities education evaluation system when the medical students studied in clinical practice. The hospital should create a good humanities education atmosphere. During the period of clinical practice, medical students not only study professional knowledge, but also improve their knowledge of humanities and humanity.
