感恩与教师职业倦怠的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨感恩与教师职业倦怠的关系,为降低教师职业倦怠提供依据。方法:使用感恩量表和教师职业倦怠量表,通过问卷调查的方法选取广东省某地区1300名教师进行研究。结果:教师的感恩得分较高(M=54.96,SD=8.99);教师的职业倦怠得分处于中低水平(M=43.54,SD=10.43);感恩和教师职业倦怠之间存在显著的负相关关系(r=-0.23,p<0.001)。结论:感恩与教师职业倦怠密切相关,可通过提高感恩水平来降低教师职业倦怠程度。Objective : In order to provide evidence for reducing teachers ' job burnout, this study investigates the relationship between gratitude and teachers ' job burnout. Method : The way of this study uses gratitude scale and teachers ' job burnout scale by questionnaire survey, and it selected 1, 300 teachers who are in a region of Guangdong province. Result : The participants had high gratitude scores( M = 54. 96, SD = 8. 99); The participants' teacher burnout scores were in the middle and low levels( M = 43. 54, SD = 10. 43); Gratitude and teachers ' job burnout have significantly negative correlation( r =-0. 23, p < 0. 001). Conclusion : Gratitude is closely related to eachers ' job burnout,teachers can reduce the degree of job burnout by raising the level of gratitude.
