摘  要:本研究旨在基于医药大数据的时代背景,为高等院校药物化学课程体系改革提供参考。本研究根据药学领域发展趋势和学科要求,结合教学实际过程,尝试从课程内容、教学模式、教学手段和学术延伸等四个方面对药物化学课程的创新教育及新型教学体系的构建进行了初步探索。研究结果表明,通过教学模式和课程体系的改革及构建,课堂教学取得了良好的教学效果。新型教学模式有利于培养出更多适应于信息大数据社会的高素质综合型药学人才。This study aims to provide a reference for the reform of pharmaceutical chemistry curriculum in colleges and universities based on the background of big data. According to the development trend of pharmaceutical field and subject requirements, combined with the actual teaching process, try to carry out the preliminary exploration of construction from the four aspects of curriculum content, teaching mode, teaching methods and academic extension of medicinal chemistry curriculum innovation education and new teaching system. The results show that, through the reform and construction of teaching mode and curriculum system, classroom teaching has achieved good teaching effect. The new teaching model is conducive to the development of more suitable for the information society of high quality comprehensive pharmaceutical talents.
