摘  要:研究了利用超声波辅助复合酶法提取杏鲍菇黄酮的最优条件。在单因素试验的基础上,固定其他影响因素,选择料液比、超声时间和酶解pH进行三因素三水平的Box-Behnken试验,利用Design-expert 8.0.6软件进行响应面分析。结果表明,在料液比为1∶50(g∶m L),超声时间为6 min,酶解pH为5.4条件下获得的黄酮提取率最高,可达3.352%。The optimum conditions of extraction of flavonoids from Pleurotus eryngii were studied by ultrasonic assisted complex enzyme method. Box-Behnken test of three factors and three levels was performed based on single factor test. Other factors fixed, the ratio of solid to liquid, ultrasonic time and enzymolysis pH were selected. Response surface analysis was performed by Design-expert 8.0.6. The results showed that the highest extraction rate was 3.352%, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:50 (g/mL), the ultrasonic time was 6 rain and the pH value was 5.4.
