摘  要:提出一种基于低相干光干涉技术鉴别不同茅台白酒的方法。实验采用宽带低相干LD光源和迈克尔逊干涉仪光路。将待测样品酒放入测量臂光路中,测量臂的光程会发生变化。当来自测量臂与参考臂的两束低相干光的光程接近相等时,会出现干涉条纹。利用光电探测器(PD)得到干涉信号,可求出相应的光程变化量,进而得到待测样品酒的折射率。实验所用样本为贵州茅台镇所产酱香型53度白酒,得到茅台飞天酒、茅台迎宾酒、茅台镇酒1、茅台镇酒2、茅台镇酒3和茅台镇酒4的折射率分别为1.3565、1.3553、1.3562、1.3553、1.3545和1.3543。实验结果表明,运用本文方法能够很容易地鉴别传统"茅台酒"和茅台镇其他酒厂生产的白酒,也能区分同一厂家生产白酒的质量优劣。A method for identifying different Moutai liquor is proposed with optical low coherence inter- ference. Broadband low coherence LID light source and Michelson interferometer are used in the experi- ment. The sample liquor is put into the optical path of measuring arm, and optical path length of the measuring arm can be change. When the optical path length of two beams from the measuring arm and the reference arm is close to equal, the interference fringes will he generated. A photo-detector (PD) is used to detect the interference signal, and the change of optical path length with the sample liquor can be determined, and then the refractive index of the sample liquor can be calculated. Under experimental con- ditions, the samples are the same as 53 ~vol Sauce-Aroma-Type liquor in Moutai town, the refractive in- dices of Guizhou. Kweichow Moutai, Moutai Yingbin liquor, Moutai town liquor 1, Moutai town liquor 2, Moutai town liquor 3 and Moutai town liquor 4,are 1. 3565,1. 3553,1. 3562,1. 3553,1. 3545 and 1. 354 3 respectively. The experimental results show that this method can be used to easily identify the traditional "Moutai liquor" and other wineries in Moutai Town production of liquor, and to distinguish the quality of liquor produced by the same manufacturer.
