摘  要:"第三届语言测试与评价国际研讨会暨第五届英语语言测评新方向研讨会"是由教育部考试中心和英国文化教育协会共同主办的语言测评国际会议。与会专家学者围绕"测评,教学与学习的衔接"为主题进行了深入交流和探讨,为外语考试改革、教育发展带来启发、指明方向。本文基于会议主题,从语言能力量表研究、人工智能技术在语言测试中的应用及研究、外语教育及测试的改革和发展动向等方面对会议进行综述,及时传递国内外语言测评领域的最新研究成果及未来的发展趋势。The Third International Conference on Language Testing and Assessment and the Fifth British Council New Directions in Language Assessment Conference is an international conference on language testing,jointly organized by National Education Examinations Authority and the British Council.Themed by"Connecting Assessment with Teaching and Learning",participating experts and scholars enjoyed deep exchanges,bringing inspirations and providing new directions for language examination reform and education development.In order to update the latest research and future orientation of language assessment,this paper reviews the conference from the following topics: language proficiency framework,artificial intelligence and technology in language testing,the reform and development of language education and examinations.
