摘 要:"女教师教书男教师管理"曾经是各国中小学的一个较为普遍的现象。上海市初级中学校长的抽样调查显示,女校长在整个校长群体中所占比例呈增长趋势,而且已经在城区学校和私立学校中成为"多数派"。与男校长相比,女校长在领导学校变革时更有可能趋于保守,在学校管理中更为关注教师的专业发展和生活体验,在做出决策时更有可能采用直观、新颖的方法来获取信息,在进行教育资源整合时更为重视校外教育资源的作用。教师的职业生涯规划和校长的培养和选拔机制,是影响男女校长的数量差异和分布特点的两个重要方面。Female teaching and male governing was a universal phenomenon in primary and secondary schools across countries. A sampling survey of junior school principals in Shanghai showed that the proportion of female principals grew up rapidly and became the major group in urban and private schools. Compared to male principals, female principals are conservative in leading school reform, gentle to teachers' professional development and life experience, inclined to use intuitive and novel methods to retrieve information in decision-making, and attracted to off- campus educational resources in educational resources integration. In examining the quantitative difference and distribution characteristics between female and male principals, there are two important perspectives, that is, teachers' career plan and principals' training and selection mechanism.
