摘　　要：教学工作是高职院校人才培养过程中"牵一发而动全身"的核心工作,是实现人才培养目标,提升人才培养质量的最有效载体。高校唯有遵循职业教育规律,根据上级的有关部署,结合社会的需求,充分发挥自身的特点和优势完成顶层设计、做好资源配置,根据相关原则,按照一定的程序和标准组织实施教学工作,并严格对教学工作的实施过程和实施结果进行全方位的考核,方可实现提高教学工作水平,提升人才培养质量的最终目标。Teaching is the Vocational Training College during core work is to achieve training objectives, to enhance the most effective carrier training quality personnel. Vocational College only follow the law of education, according to their superiors about the deployment, combined with the needs of society, give full play to its own characteristics and advan- tages of the completion of the top-level design, good allocation of resources, in accordance with the relevant principles, in accordance with certain procedures and standards organization and implementation of teaching, and strict implemen- tation process and the results of the implementation of the full range of teaching assessment, only to realize improve teaching level, the ultimate goal to enhance the quality of talent cultivation.
