摘　　要：本文就新教育形势下的个性化辅导教育,提出来一套属于自己的一种新式教育方法和体系,并从更新教育辅导理念、建立个性化课程体系、教学管理体制、教学资源等方面,综合阐述这种新式教育体系的优缺点和可行性。Under the new education situation,in our paper,the personalized counseling education put forward a set of their own a new education method and system,and guidance from the renewal education idea,establishing individualized curriculum system,teaching management system,teaching resources. We discussed their advantages and disadvantages in the new education system.
