摘 要:在上海市浦东新区40所高中内,针对不同类型群体教师,笔者通过问卷星网络调研的方式,精准采集调研数据。通过调研发现:实验性示范性高中更多的是大(中)走班,走班时间比其他高中更早,班级活动开展得更为规范、丰富,优化班级环境的举措更为完善。走班后,班主任工作量显著增加,同时学科教师担负起更多班级管理的任务,并对学科专用教室的需求量变大。如何用好"导师制""心理健康教育活动(生涯教育、情绪疏导等)"成为走班后班级管理工作的重点及发展方向。For different types of teacher from 40 high schools in Pudong new area,the author conducted this survey through questionnaire,the findings are as follows. Firstly,experimental high schoolsare more likely onthe large(middle)size,and the time is earlier than other schools. The class activities are more organized and diverse,and measures to improve the class environment are better(such as putting up class schedule,setting shelf for homework only,providing lost-and-found service,etc.). Secondly,workload for head teachers has increased dramatically,and teachers for subjects needs to work more on class management in mobile class system. And the demand for subject-onlyclassroom has risen. Thirdly,how to implement tutorial system and educational activities for mental health(such as career education,emotion guidance,etc.)becomes the keystone and direction for class management in the mobile class system.
