摘　　要：培养具有创新创业能力的应用型人才已经成为我国高等学校的主要任务。本文分析了开展应用型人才培养模式改革和提高大学生创新创业能力的必要性,针对我校金属材料工程专业发展过程中存在的问题,指出在确定专业方向、修改培养计划、构建新型实践教学体系、多渠道提高大学生工程实践能力和创新创业能力、培养教师队伍等方面进行改革,并介绍了教改取得的实际效果。It has become the main content of colleges and universities to cultivate applied talents with innovation and entrepreneurship ability.The paper analyzes the necessity of the reform for talent training mode and improving undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship training program,existing problems for metal material engineering specialty.Some reforms including clearing further professional orientation,modifying the training plan,reforming practice teaching system,improving the engineering practice ability and innovation ability and establishing the teacher troop are carried out.The achieved actual effects after reform are introduced.
