摘　　要：本文结合新会电大近年来合作办学过程中遇到的问题及一些具体的做法,对开放大学基层教学点开放教育合作办学模式进行探讨,以期对促进开放大学基层办学点的进一步发展起到抛砖引玉的启发作用。This paper tries to probe into the problems encountered in the cooperative running of the new society in recent years and some concrete practices in Xinhui open university, and probes into the mode of open education cooperation in the open university grass-roots teaching site, with a view to promoting the further development of the university grass-roots teaching site.
