籽粒苋在吉林白城的研究历程

摘　　要：籽粒苋是苋科苋属(Amaranthus hypochondriacus L.)一年生草本植物,在我国有着悠久的种植历史,现有60多个品种.籽粒苋营养丰富,具有很好的营养保健功能,近几年对籽粒苋的研究越来越热.该文对籽粒苋在吉林省白城市的研究历程和概况进行了综述,并对未来籽粒苋的发展进行展望,以期为籽粒苋的进一步研究提供有益参考.Grain amaranth Amaranthus hypochondriacus is a plant of L. annual herb. It has a long planting history in China. There are about 60 different amaranth species. It is rich in nutrition and better health function.In recent years,a lot more researchs have been done on grain amaranth. By this paper,the research process and general situation of the grain amaranth in Baicheng city of Jilin province are reviewed,and prospects for the future of grain amaranth are given in order to provide a useful reference for the further study of grain amaranth.
