摘　　要：教育信息化与农村教育公平关系紧密。教育公平关系到人发展的本质要求,是社会公平的重要基础,也是改善民生的重要保障。而教育信息化能够为农村教育提供资源与技术支持,推动农村教育的内部公平和外部公平,保障每一位学生享受教育公平的基本权利。Education informatization is closely linked with rural educational equality. Educational equality is related to the essential requirement of human development. It is a significant foundation for social equality and an important guarantee for improving people＇s livelihood,whereas education informatization can offer resources and technical assistance for rural education,promoting the internal equality and external equality of rural education. It also can protect every student＇s right to receive education equally.
