摘　　要：高校仪式作为一所高校文化积淀的象征,无时无刻不彰显着高校的历史与身份。但是,伴随着部分高等院校人文价值理念的缺失和学生主体的漠视,高校仪式的价值并未得以展演。通过潜课程的研究视角,深度探索高校仪式对确立信仰价值、演绎角色使命、强化自我意识、转化宗教精神等潜在价值,由内而外的建构个体的自我意识和行为模式,分析推动高校仪式意义实现的现实路径,从而提升当代高校仪式活动的水平并促进校园仪式文化的发展。University ceremony,as a symbol of the cultural accumulation of colleges and universities,cannot always reveal the history and identity of colleges and universities. However,with the lack of humanistic values in some colleges and universities and the disregard of the students,the value of the ceremony of the university is not demonstrated. Through the research perspective of hidden curriculum,the paper deeply explores the hidden value of university rituals in establishing the value of faith,deducing the role of the mission,strengthening self-awareness,transforming religious spirit and so on. It constructs an individual＇s self-awareness and behavior pattern from the inside out to analyze the significance of promoting the ritual in university Realize the reality of the path,so as to enhance the level of contemporary university ritual activities and promote the development of campus ritual culture.
