摘　　要：工匠精神的产生有其自身规律。制造者与产品产生经济利益链接、社会评价链接、情感链接是其产生的核心条件;市场产生对工匠制品的需求、供应和以工匠为职业的意愿是其产生的前提条件。以满足前提条件、建立三个链接为方向,对高职院校动漫专业学生工匠精神培养的具体措施进行了探讨。The appearance of craftsman spirit has its own rules. The core conditions are the links among manufacturers and products,social evaluation and emotional links. The market produces the demand for artisan products,supply and the willingness of craftsmen are the prerequisite conditions. To satisfy the prerequisite and establish three links as the direction,the author probes into the concrete measures to train the craftsman spirit of the animation specialty students in higher vocational colleges.
