摘　　要：思想政治教育作为文化化人的特殊表现形式,总是存在于一定的文化生态中。共时态模式的文化要素作为思想政治教育文化环境的重要组成部分,包括精英文化和大众文化、本土文化和外来文化。以共时态文化要素为切入点,探讨其对思想政治教育的功能性影响,针对发展困境提出合理的建构措施,从而促进思想政治教育文化生态的优化。The ideological and political education is a special way to cultivate people with culture,it is always existed in a certain cultural environment. The coexistent cultural elements,as an important part of the environment for ideological and political education,includes elite culture,mass culture,native culture and foreign culture. From this point of view,the paper briefly describes their current situation and puts forward corresponding measures aiming at the development predicament to realize their harmonious development and promote the optimization of cultural ecology for ideological and political education.
