摘 要:为了提高处于导弹复合动态环境中捷联惯性测量组合(Strap-down inertial measurement unit,SIMU)的输出精度,且针对磁流变弹性体强非线性和滞回性的特点,该文设计了模糊控制方法对捷联惯组进行减振。该控制方法根据开关控制的经验制定模糊规则,通过改变励磁线圈的电流来改变磁场,自动调节磁流变弹性体的刚度和阻尼,从而控制惯组振动响应以达到提高捷联惯组输出精度的目的。仿真结果表明,该控制方法的效果优于开关控制,解决了捷联惯组减振系统的刚度和阻尼难以实时精确控制的难题。To improve the output accuracy of strap-down inertial measurement unit( SIMU) which is in the compound dynamic environment of missile,according to the characteristics of strong nonlinearity and hysteresis of magnetorheological elastomer,a fuzzy control method for the vibration damping of SIMU is designed. The fuzzy rules of fuzzy control method are based on the experience of switch control. The fuzzy control method automatically adjusts the stiffness and damping of magnetorheological elastomer by changing the current of excitation coil to change the magnetic field,so as to control the vibration response of SIMU and improve the output accuracy of SIMU. Simulation results show that the fuzzy control method works better than the switch control and it solves the problem that the stiffnessand damping of SIMU damping system is difficult to be controlled accurately in real time.
