摘  要:人才培养方案是学校办学理念和教育思想的集中体现,是进行教育教学工作的纲领性文件.培养方案的修订是在对当下小学教育教学需要的充分调研基础上,对已运行方案深入反思,提出明确人才培养目标,重应用型人才培养;整体压缩理论课学时,给学生自主学习留足空间;改革考核方式,促进学生知识主体化;职业技能课程化,提高学生教师素养;通识课程生命化,培养学生的人文情怀.The training program of talents regards as the embodiment of educational theory and idea as well as the programmatic document in the educational work. Training program of revision is based on the overall research under the requirement of contemporary primary education: deep introspection with the ongoing program,raising the training aim of identifying talents,emphasizing on the applied talents; condensing the time of theoretical courses,so that leaving self-learning space; reforming the way of checking so as to promote the subjectivity of students' knowledge; the curriculum of professional skills enhance the qualities both in students and teachers;the vitality of core curriculum to train students with humanistic feelings.
