摘  要:质量是民办高等教育发展的根本,提高质量的关键在教师,促进教师专业发展是民办高校当前亟待解决的问题.成人学习理论揭示了成人学习特点,对教师专业发展的理论与实践产生深刻影响.民办高校的应用型定位及其法人属性对教师的专业发展提出了特别的要求,然而民办高校教师专业发展存在教师自主发展意识较弱、教师专业素质不均衡和培训实效性差的问题.从成人学习理论的视角,应转变观念、加强反思、构建校本培训机制、突出评价的导向作用,促进民办高校的教师专业发展.The fundamental cause of private colleges development is quality. And teacher is the key part.The urgent problem in private collge is to promote the teachers' professional development. Adult learning theory reveals the characteristics of adult learning. It has a profound impact on the theory and practice of teacher's professional development. The targeted applied types in private college and corporate nature have raised the special question. However,there are such problems to private college teachers' professional development as the weak consciousness of teachers,the imbalance of teachers' professional quality and the poor training effectiveness.From the perspective of adult learning theory,we put forward some strategies to promote the teacher development in private college,such as to change our concept to professional development,to strengthen the reflection,to build a school-based training mechanism and to highlight the guiding role of evaluation.
