摘　　要：目的探讨青少年股骨远端骨肉瘤全膝关节置换术围术期的护理体会。方法选取2012年1月至2016年10月间哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院收治的50例青少年股骨远端骨肉瘤全膝关节置换术患者,采用围术期综合评估及优质护理,对患者术前准备、术中配合和术后进行严密的观察和针对性护理。结果患者术后肢体功能恢复较好,无并发症发生,均安全度过围术期,患者及家属护理满意度较高。结论做好青少年股骨远端骨肉瘤全膝关节置换术围术期的观察和护理,利于手术顺利进行,促进患者康复,减少并发症的发生,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the efficacy of perioperative nursing care in adolescent patients with osteosarcoma at the distal femur undergoing total knee arthroplasty. Methods From January 2012 to October 2016,50 adolescent patients with osteosarcoma at the distal femur treated with total knee arthroplasty at The First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected. The preoperative comprehensive assessment and qualified nursing were conducted. Intraoperative cooperation and postoperative detection and nursing tailored to the individual patient＇s needs were observed. Results The postoperative recovery of limb function was good without complications. All the patients safely got through the perioperative period and patients＇ and their families＇ satisfaction with the nursing was high. Conclusion Perioperative observation and nursing is conducive to the smooth operation,promote the rehabilitation,reduce the complications and improve the quality of life in adolescent patients with osteosarcoma at the distal femur undergoing total knee arthroplasty.
