摘　　要：以陕西省为例,从社会经济需求和学校地方高校差异化发展和内涵发展及服务地方的需求方面分析了化学工程领域工程硕士培养的必要性。提出了校内院际合作和校企合作培养复合型化工工程硕士的培养模式。从师资队伍建设,科研平台建设,校外基地建设和金融支持四个方面探讨了工程硕士培养的保障措施。为化工领域工程硕士的培养提供了借鉴。Taking Shaanxi province as an example,the necessity of cultivating master of engineering in the field of chemical engineering was analyzed from the aspects of social and economic needs,the demand of local services and the differentiated development and connotation development of local colleges and universities. The inter school cooperation and school enterprise cooperation should be improved to cultivate the training mode of master of chemical engineering. The guarantee measures for the training of master of engineering were discussed from four aspects as the construction of teaching staff,the construction of scientific research platform,the construction of off campus bases and financial support.It would provide a reference for the training of master of chemical engineering.
